Cancellation Policy

Baijnath Pharmaceutical believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore, has a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched. Once the shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that defies the terms of using the Website, we may cancel such orders at our discretion with or without notification.

Cancellation before shipment

If the product has not been shipped, contact us at info@baijnathpharmaceuticals.com or call +91 8351942641 (Mon–Sun, 9 AM to 9 PM) to cancel.

The refund will be processed within 2–5 business days after cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds are credited to the same payment source (card/net banking).
  • Processing time: 2–5 business days after cancellation, plus 2–3 days for reflection in account.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

How to Return

Raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of delivery. Partial returns are allowed. Full refunds are possible for products returned within 5 days in original condition.

  1. Email info@baijnathpharmaceuticals.com with order ID, reason, and product images.
  2. We’ll pick up the item in 4–7 business days.
  3. Refund or replacement is initiated once we receive and verify the product in original condition with seals intact.

Return Not Accepted If:

  • Original packaging or tags are missing/damaged
  • Serial number is tampered
  • Product is altered
  • Request is made after 30 business days
  • Product was provided for free

Received a Damaged/Wrong Product?

In rare cases of damage during transit or wrong item delivery, follow these steps within 5 days:

  1. Email info@baijnathpharmaceuticals.com with order ID and clear product images or video (with batch number).
  2. Specify the issue (e.g. damage, tampered seal, wrong product).
  3. Pickup will be scheduled within 4–7 days. Refunds or replacements are processed only if returned with seals and packaging intact.

Our team will respond within 3 days. Replacement depends on stock availability; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Returning Free Gifts

Free gifts must be returned along with the product in original condition with packaging and labels.

Returning Part of Your Order

Yes, individual items can be returned. Ensure seals, packaging, and any freebies are included.

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid: Amount refunded to original payment mode.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer after receiving your bank details.
